Black Sheep Casting is partnering with The Big Leap, a non-profit organization, to find subjects willing to share their faith stories. We're looking for people under the age of 40 who are willing to be vulnerable on camera and talk openly about their struggles and how their faith has helped them.

We are looking for REAL people from all walks of life.

We are NOT considering actors, models or influencers at this time. Please note: If your submission, self-tape and/or social media content indicates that you are currently, actively pursuing work in acting, modeling, or as an influencer, you will most likely NOT be considered for this casting.

Those selected must be willing to be filmed in their actual environments, be that where they live, work or hang out regularly.

Must be living in and legally authorized to work in

the United States.

$1,000 Buyout Guaranteed (No Agency Fee)

Includes prep meetings, film day(s), use of archival materials. Total film days based on talent availability and schedule. Production will travel to talent for filming.

USAGE

Terms for Paid Media: 3 years from first use.

Usage: Paid media includes all TV/Cable, OTT/CTV, streaming, programmatic, paid digital and social media.

Terms for Non-Paid Media: in perpetuity.

Usage: Non-Paid Media includes industrial (including places of worship and schools), Client website, YouTube, organic social, and internal marketing/public relations.

SELF-TAPE SUBMISSION

Instructions

• Please film your self-tape VERTICALLY (like an Instagram story).
• Make sure you are centered in the frame.
• Use a plain background.
• The light should be in front of you, not behind you.
• This self tape does not need to be professionally filmed. We just need to clearly see you and hear you.
• Please take your time and speak from the heart. There are no right answers and no perfect deliveries. The more real and specific you are, the better.
• We are looking for real, personal, authentic and relatable experiences. Please do not feel concerned about coming across as a perfect representative of your faith. We invite those who are wrestling with questions and are on their own unique spiritual journey.

In your video, please answer the following:

What are some of the issues you're struggling with, or have struggled with, and how did your faith or your relationship with God help you through it? These issues can be anything you're struggling with, from the seemingly small and mundane, to life-altering.

In answering the question above, please feel to talk about any of the following:

• Your relationship with faith and God
• The hardships or low points in your life God has helped you through or helped you overcome
• Any issue(s) you struggle with or have you struggled with (e.g., anxieties, loneliness, fears, burnout, family, etc.)
• Your job and what a typical day in your life looks like
• The important people in your life
• Your goals - both short and longterm

We will be considering applicants based on these self-tapes. Please complete this to the best of your abilities.
